Delivery usually takes 15–25 days. Your tracking number may take up to 5 working days to show the first update.

During the flight, tracking may not update for several days. Don't worry — this is normal while the parcel is travelling internationally.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, you can usually track it with your local courier.

🇪🇺 Other EU countries: DHL or the local delivery service

Important: If there are no updates while your parcel is in transit or during the flight, please allow some time for the next scan. Tracking normally becomes more active once the parcel reaches your country.
