Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. The invoice will be sent to your email address as part of the order confirmation. If you need a physical copy, you can print the invoice from the email or request one from our customer service team.
If your order is large, it may be split into multiple parcels. Each parcel might arrive at different times, depending on shipping logistics. You will receive tracking details for each shipment to help you monitor their delivery status.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code within 10 days. This will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you haven't received your tracking code after this time, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@hacco.co.uk for assistance.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue faster.

Once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@hacco.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our returns process once you receive the items.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@hacco.co.uk. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
